Looking for a unique historical league that's got a heavy writing basis to it? Then check out Whispers of the Golden Past! http://wgp.allsimbaseball.com is the website and we're looking to fill the Hartford team.

The regular season is just about over and the playoffs are about to commence. Hartford clinched the O'Dwyer East title last sim and will be playing for the pennant when the playoffs start.

If you decide to take the team, please write up a backstory ASAP and get it up on the forums under the Team Tales section (requirements for the backstory are stickied there).

I really want to get the team filled before the playoffs start.

Well the original owner disappeared and the replacement I had tapped has too much of a time crunch right now to commit to the league... so it hasn't been for lack of interest.

Hopefully the replacement I had slated will be able to sign on board if/when we have expansion, because he's really interested in the league.
