No players created for Draft.

I just started a league and it seems like the game didnt create any players for the Draft in June. Anyone know what might be the problem? Will it generate them? The season is at April 1st so we havent started yet but Im sure the game should have created them by now.

Someone else might correct me, but I believe that in the first year of a league it will not initially have a June draft, though perhaps switching back and forth once between the preseason and June draft date may create amateurs and thus allow for it. Before playing around with anything like that, a good recommendation might be to have a backup copy of the league just to be safe.

Thanks. I do remember my other league having a draft the first year. Maybe Im mistaken. Can anyone confirm this?

I think the draft will be there, but the players probably won't be generated until you get there since there wasn't an offseason process for them to get generated during before the season started.

I'm not 100% sure on this, though, because I have never checked for it.

I would concur with the idea of backing up, then switching the draft to pre-season, and then back to June. I bet it will generate the amateurs on the spot.

Another option, of course, is to backup the league, and then sim really quickly through to June to see if the players do get created. Then restore from the backup. This only works if you're the commish, of course.

So it turns out that I had the Draft set to preseason. Right when I switched it to June, the game created all the players. Thanks everyone!
