What Are The Chances?

In an online league I am considering draft a 21 year old 1B/SP who has his 22nd birthday on 9/26. Here are his ratings/talent.....

Hitting: Talent: 8-7-8-6-8, Actual: 2-2-2-2-2

Pitching: Talent: 10-6-9, Actual: 1-1-3

So what do you think the chances of this guy even coming close to filling out his very high talent ratings? Should I pass or take a chance on the guy?

They are pretty old to have those ratings, what are the other prospects available?

Besides this guy there is only one other position player I am considering taking with my next pick. He is an 18 year old 3B with talent ratings of 6-6-8-7-8 and his actual rating is 1-1-1-1-1. He is a decent fielder and should have a decent shot at being a good major league hitter.

I say you take the 23 year old, and I don't have any bias at ALL. None. Nope, not one bit.

Guy is too old to fill out those ratings. I would take someone else.

I think there is a 24 year old with current ratings of 1 all the way across. Should I take him instead?

Spindel is a league rival so I am guessing his answer would be yes.

I chose to go with 18 year old 3B prospect Jason Taylor who has very nice power and decent plate discipline.

There's also a guy who had a career ending injury in college. He's probally a great choice too. You know, for next round.
