freezing problem

playing ootp6, my game is freezing about 10 years into play, several times...what to do? won't resume, losing all data

In 90-95% of the cases one of the following is the cause:

More than likely the problem is one of the following:

-The same position is listed twice in the lineup.
-The same player is listed twice in the lineup.
-One position is missing.
-An "injured" pitcher is scheduled to start a game.

If none of these work, try deleting the game and scheduling it a different day.

Just guessing, but are your simming several years at a time? You may be dealing with resource problems. RAM maybe overloaded and virtual memory too. No place to put stuff will cause programs to freeze. Not just OOTP.
