realworldJAM Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 37	Investigating hey everyone! I am trying to figure out how random the randomized talent increases/decreases are. Are there certain factors that can increase or decrease the chance of a talen change? does competition mean anything? does no challenge mean anything? stuff like that? does anyone know? or know where I could look? thanks! JAM
