6.12 and 6.5 compatible?

I thought I read that 6.12 and 6.5 was compatible for ftp exports? Were are in the middle of FA bidding and some of my owners,using 6.12,are saying that their exports are not showing up, I have been putting their exports in myself to make sure. Does the ftp exports includiing FA bidding work from 6.12 import to 6.5?

It worked for my league.

A GM using 6.12 exported and I have imported his files fine. We are also starting the FA, so his FA was imported correctly.
