On-line league play ???

I play in several on-line leagues (OOTP 6.12 and OOTP 5 ) so HOW or WILL OOTP 6.5 effect play ------ must all leagues I play in convert --- or will 6.5 stand alone .... Can I play in both online leagues using 6.12 and 6.5 expansion.

Markus said you can export 6.12 or 6.5 for online league if the commish uses 6.5

you cant export 6.5 if commish has 6.12. if so then you use 6.12 to export if the commish uses 6.12

dont worry because 6.5 install into its own directory. so you going to have 6.12 and 6.5

Has this been confirmed, I don't want to upgrade if any of my leagues are still using the old version, unless I know I can still participate in them all.

It's okay either way, as 6.5 has it's own directory. It doesn't touch 6.12 at all. You will still have both versions on your computer.

You can get the new version without fear of it interfering with your online league play.

So the upgrade installs this way without intervention?

yes...if left at default...OOTP6 will be in :
C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP6

left at default OOTP 6.5 will be in:
C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP 6.5
