Does anybody know anything about the repeat bug?

I started a a 1 league 3 division 12 team structure, and after 3000 the first year. The awards were listed 4 times for 3000. I looked at the outstanding pitcher award player's history and it repeats he won the award 4 times. I never reset the league either, and am using patch 5.14b

This is typically a result of playing the season multiple times. If you didn't do that, I'm not aware of how it could happen.
