Searching for a League

I have a friend who is looking for a league. He doesn't own the game. Can anyone help him out?

Be easier if he'd shell out the 19.95 (OOTP discounted now) and then he wouldnt have to look for a league that doesnt require the game.

Major League IV does not require and individual to own the game.
While we encourage OOTP5 Ownership we dont discriminate against those that dont have it.
