DL In Postseason

I think I ran into this one other time, but I'm not sure. I am in the postseason, and one of my starting outfielders has been on the DL for about the last five weeks. He's all healed up now, but when I try to put him in the lineup from the DL, the game says "No promotions are allowed in postseason!" To make matters worse, I already sent a guy down to AAA to make room for him, and now I can't bring him back up. Is this normal?

I believe that moves need to be made "between" series not during.

That was it Steve, thanks. My series was over, but the other in the NL wasn't. Once the NL series was done I was able to make the move.
