July 1 - change structure of non-NHL leagues

is it possible in FHM11 to change the teams, in regular "season" mode, for a non-NHL league, for example, the German DEL league?
I'm on July 1st in my save but the league structure screen is blank

The vast majority of European leagues are hardcoded and not able to be altered.
