Before the introduction of the tournament roster templates the game would save the last roster you used for a tournament type and use that as a default roster. Since we now have templates we removed that since it created problems when you were in multiple tournaments of the same type in the same time.

That's what I figured... so if there is no easy way (if roster builder dropdown is empty/user forgot to select) to check against rosters of that format and pick one (better than none).. then just remove that team import popup? (since default rosters do not exist anymore)

Just an example of how default roster somehow still being possible (down the road or never.. just food for thought) would be valuable for newb/casual/forgetting to select from dropdown. etc

the popup saying no default roster, a leftover from pt25.. might give people the impression that a default roster is possible. from what youre saying there are no defaults. you either do manual, or choose a roster builder roster from dropdown.. or you go Jim unknowns
