I recently purchased a new computer and when I went to put in the license key it said I have entered the license key too many times cna you please help me reset into new computer. This is for OOTP 25.

You can have it on two computers. With the info here you can remove the license from the old computer, if needed. You can also confirm the license number. Always cut and paste so a zero isn't confused with an "O", etc.
