MLB Quickstart from past version

Starting my game with the MLB Quickstart from OOTP20 it already has players in the draft pool. I assume I have to delete them to not end up with duplicate players?

How can I have the players enter the draft as minors without allowing the game to maintain and import real minors? Specifically I want to avoid the upcoming MILB reduction.

Can I import all rookies instead of turning on the historical draft to avoid this issue?

This might set you on the right track. But it can only be applied using the Draft, not sending players to their IRL clubs or as FA.

Thanks. I figured I might have to do something like this. Keep real minors on when the draft pool imports but turning it off before end of World Series when the game updates its history.

Either that or recoding the teams csv file (from memory, the hef is your man for this method) are the only ways I can think of achieving what you're after.
