Fictional Player Development Workarounds

Hey Guys,

So it sounds like almost everyone is running into an issue where international amateur signings/draft prospects/fictional generated players don't develop. This obviously becomes a problem when you have completed 5 seasons or so, and current players are regressing and there is a huge talent gap since the young guys who are supposed to be AAA/MLB ready are still at 20-25 overalls.

How is everyone working around this for now? Would love to find a way to continue my current save now and after potential patches instead of starting a new save, because I'm really enjoying my current roster from the MLB down to Rookie leagues.

I'd be interested in this too. I'd like to start a long-term game instead of just playing around, but feel I need to wait until this is fixed or there is something we can do as a workaround.

I've always had some issues with international players not developing quickly enough for my tastes, so I make a DL that acts as a way for me to evaluate players and give them more opportunity to develop before they get sent to the DSL. ages 15-20, int complex players only, 60 or so games that begins in March so feasible that a guy who progresses quickly could play in both the DL and DSL in the same season.

Also would love an answer for this. I looked all around the league, and it seems like no teams INT FAs or HS draft picks have been developing really at all.

Anyone know if this will be addressed in a patch soon? Really difficult to get into a long term game with this bug.
