Hiring Scout question

Is there a way, when hiring scouts, to filter the available scout list by Color for the region? It's so tedious going through the massive list of available scouts... to have to click the small checkbox to see their rating (Green, Yellow, Orange, etc.).

Let's say my current scout in Russia is rated Yellow, and I want to see if a better scout (rated Green or Blue) might be available. I hate having to go through the entire list of available scouts in Russia, clicking each tiny checkbox just to see their region rating. It would be so much less tedious to be able to just filter to get the Green, or Blue color scouts.

I'd love it if we could just see the numerical values for each staff category too - having to deal with the descriptions creates extra clicks as you've said. Staff as a whole could do with a revamp imo or at least just some more attention.
