BOSI -- Patch #5 Released .. PLEASE READ

Not only did I release a new version of BOSI today, but I also slightly updated the exporter. The LEAGUE file now reports the No Arbitration and June Draft flags. The new version of BOSI will be using these values, so ensure you upgrade your exporter before you import the first time with the 1.05 patch.

To eliminate the problem of player pages being "not found", I had to remove the player pictures. I'll work on getting them back in at a later date. I also completely re-worked the inner workings of this report to make it much less database intensive, and also removed about 200 lines of code.

Finally, I created a hide players utility for admins to hide players in BOSI. This was due to a couple of factors:

1. One league was deleting players from OOTP, but they were still showing up in BOSI.
2. One league has a career ending injury player still show up in BOSI when he "retired" from OOTP.
3. The vanishing players bug in OOTP.

This utility will "retire" the player, and should hide him from all reports.

I'm going to cross post this, so if you see another BOSI thread in another forum, just ignore it.
