Can't download the saved game

After 4 seasons and after I played 1 game in season 5. I can't download the game. Game crushes on a stage "Finished Loading... . I have downloaded .zip file into ftp://ootpsupport.com/incoming/fhm/saved_games/, file name is LA(1.1).lg . Please help me to identify what's the problem with game?

It looks like the save is corrupted, a lot of the files are empty. Fortunately, the backup saves are OK, so just copy the files in the rs_one subfolder into the main save folder, overwriting the ones that are there. You'll be able to load it normally after that (but it'll be back at the point when the backup was created, so it'll be slightly earlier than when you left off.)
