Help - I Messed Up - Unsure How To Fix This

I was playing around with the 25 & 40 man rosters for my associations. When i was done, it put 54 pages of players on waivers including 2 pages of 3+ star players. I can not figure out how to take these players off of waivers without releasing them. i tried editing the DFA & Waiver to 0 but that made the player a FA then i had to edit the player back onto the team.

So what should i do within the editor or will the GM Legacy mode work (which i can;t find).

So I came up with a fix that I think I'll be happy with.

After 1st making sure that the active roster size and the 40 man were the same for the Association and the 4 ML's I disabled the Waiver rule. i then simmed 4 days until all players cleared Waivers. I then reinstated the Waiver rule one league at a time and used mass select to remove all players from the Waivers and then saved and ran a backup in case i mess up again.

Thanks for sharing this, I probably wouldn't have thought of that.

It has worked so far. We'll see how it goes when each league starts the regular season and if players are then put on Waivers. I'll run at least 1 more backup before then.

next time you can force close the ootp task inside task manager to get around the auto-save when you make an issue like that
