The Korean forum doesn't seem to be too active so I'm posting here. I'm going to take the KBO out for a spin for a few seasons and my adopted team is the NC Dinos. How do you pronounce their team name?? Dinos as in Dino from the Flintstones or Dinos as in Dino-saur? See I told you it was a silly question.

And you picked a team with "three" mascots. From reading this, I would say Dinos as in dinosaur. Just my guess, and good luck!!

The NC Dinos have three dinosaurs for their mascots. The first is Dandi, the Tyrannosaurus. The second is Sseri, the Brachiosaurus. The third is Crong, the baby dinosaur.

Thanks my son thinks it's the Dino-saur option as well. I tried youtube but no luck as all their videos on the Dinos are surprisingly in Korean for some reason.

BTW anyone interested in the KBO even for just reading up on them has to read this amazing article on deadspin for a primer on the culture and history of all the teams in the KBO.

Hilarious article. Got a kick out of the two players that were in trouble, one for funding an illegal gambling site, and the other who is on your team for game fixing. And the guy who spins like a top when he strikes out. lol
