No Managers

I am in the first tear of my fictional league, just finished the all star break. So far, two teams have fired their managers but have failed to replace them. One manager was fired in early May and the other in late May. Is it unusual for the AI to take so long to hire a new manager?

Don't worry they either make an offer waiting for a taker worst case the Bench Coach is the Temporary manager for the rest of the Season. Like real life.

Not unusual at all. If no teams start with staff, it usually takes months to fill all the coaching spots.
