Has anybody created this jersey layer?

I was wondering if somebody has made an OOTP jersey layer like this:

I'm talking about the inseam (?) on the chest. If anybody has made this layer please post it here, as I have tried to re-create it with limited success.

I liked it alright except for the words on the sleeve... those won't be making it into my jerseys, LOL. The only complaint I have is with the colors... why they keep changing them every other year. When I went two years ago, I bought the jersey pin set, and I did the same this year. I compared them side by side and the only one whose colors hadn't changed was Europe or Europe-Africa. Why on earth is Southwest green? Nothing about the southwest west says "green" to me.

This is the final product... the jerseys look to be easy enough but I can't for the life of me find logos larger than the ones in this graphic...
