contract offers and some other stuff

so ive offered a contract to ryan o'reilly, who is my player. the offer screen comes up as 'offer sheet', which is strange considering im offering the contract in march and i own the rights to the player. also strange is that i originally offered a 4 year deal at the money he wanted, which he turned down. now im offering exactly what hes asked for and i cant get him to sign.

i would love to be able to see the entire draft class instead of the top 25. we know who is entering the draft every year, so it should be available information to us.

i agree with others who have said that draft pick value is too high to the ai. the best pick i could get for a 7.5 player was a 6th.

finally, i received 3 trade offers from the ai. 3, over the course of a season. all were for players on the trade block. the ai should be looking at all players, not just players listed on our trading block. it makes trades with other teams, why not with the human controlled ones?

ok, so the o'reilly thing sorted itself out. he ended up asking for half of what he wanted originally and signed july 11. his agent is an idiot.

however, i still have $5,744,100 in offered contracts even though i have no active offers. it looks like most of the offers i made to players who signed with other teams were cleared off, but not all?
