Which Stats?
To decide which of my batters gets the first 4 positions I want to be able to compare their ability for speed, contact, overall hitting and power hitting. Sorry to sound ignorant but are there particicular stats i need to look at for each of these (rather than having to go into each players file to see his rating for things such as speed)?
Thanks |

I'm not sure I'm completely understanding your question. There are stats, which tell you how the player "has" performed, and there are ratings, which you tell how the player "should" perform. In either case, you can change the view of the lineup screen to display either stats or ratings, and you are also able to change the columns in the view if there is something not displayed that you would rather see.
With that said, I usually construct my lineups with the highest OBP guys at the top, followed the highest OBP/SLG (emphasis on SLG). I mostly ignore speed (for lineup construction), as I'm not a fan of the stolen base.
