Sim Screen

Any way to get the Sim Screen to stay up all the time, even when not simming? It's a great summary screen. If it's available, why not have it so we can see it as a report or something?

I would like to see this option in the next version.

Any thoughts?

This is one that people constantly beg for, so I hope Markus can squeeze it into the new version. It's at least as important as sound in my opinion, although that's not saying much.

a few of us have been asking about this since OOTP2006, but Markus refuses saying all the information can be found elsewhere in the game. Personally, I think it's the best screen in the game and wonder why Markus even put it in if he is so opposed to let people actually see/use it.

Yeah...I've said this before in many, many other threads regarding the sim screen...it is the best screen in the game.

So many people have asked for it so many times, there must be some reason other than "it's there elsewhere" why Markus won't put it in. Wish I knew what it was.

Despite how many times it has come up, I do get some impression that Markus doesn't quite realize how widespread the desire for this is. Of course, it might just show up in OOTP9. Who knows?

I would have thought all of the other past attempts would have been sufficient, but I shall hold out hope that this is the time.

I want to say there was poll about this some time ago. IIRC, the sim screen was overwhelmingly popular in it...though I dont recall the exact nature of the poll.

Or maybe I'm just thinking of some other screen that was involved in a poll, though.
