Players staying DFA past 10 days...
I am playing a historical from 1995 (Arod/Garlon) and I have noticed that the AI is keeping draftees on the DFA long past the 10 day limit. There is no penalty it seems, so I have gone in and place these players (when I notice) into Rookie ball.

Spot,
Very sorry for the horribly late response to your thread. ![]() I have logged this as TT # 2020, but can you provide some more information? How did you determine that these people were on DFA? Sounds weird, but what "evidence" do you have? Just trying to track this one down... Thanks, Steve |

I have actually forgotten about this since I posted, I've moved on to other universe configs to get a feel for the game. What I recall was that 3-4 weeks after the draft (simming mostly) I went to find some of the rookies and check thier progress and I saw that they were in DFA limbo and not generating any stats. I was playing with AAA and AA minors so this wouldn't be a reserve roster issue. Sorry I can't be more specific at this time, but I can't recall much more than that. Thanks.

Gee, three weeks later, you can't remember specifically what you were doing??? Sheesh.
Just kidding, I know that *I* wouldn't remember. ![]() Well, I've logged it for Markus to take a look at, we'll see what happens... Steve |

We're having trouble reproducing this issue.
Is there any way you could provide precise steps that cause this issue to occur for you? Thanks, Steve |
