Reinstalling the ootp26 go app.

My granddaughter deleted my ootp26 go app. I went back into the app store to reinstall and it's asking me to repurchase. Any way to reinstall the app?

I only know the ios version. On IOS you should be able to download from the cloud without cost. I have done that with older versions without issue.
