Next Simulation Countdown

I have tried restart OOTP exe, and also my PC, and the Next Simulation Countdown/Status window in the upper right corner has had SIMULATING for 2 hours or so now.

I'm holding off opening my last hundred packs after I got no new (or anything decent) in the first 50 opened.

The Google Cloud servers were down as part of the general outages around the world today but were back up as of an hour or so ago, so things should be back to normal now.
