How do I get access to my perfect team account?

Game crashed and I’m trying to get back on my perfect team however it’s claiming my password is wrong, so I’m trying to reset the password but it’s not letting me reset it. How do I get it back?

On the app, nothing it doesn’t register the feedback of my clicking the button, on the website it claims that I’ll get an email or that I can not request a reset twice in 24 hours

Did you look into the Spam folder?
If you can not find that email send me your email address per DM and I can look into it.
