Why does import a previous year not work

I have try'd a couple time. but when I import from one years program to the other. None of the logos import properly. I have to go back and do each logo one by One. WHY in the WOrld is this happening ???

There is a dialog box during the process that asks you if you want OOTP to look for logos. Do not check that box. This is likely your problem. It is asking(in a bad way) if you want it to replace your logos with what it thinks are better ones.
