I've been using the latest version in this thread and it works great. Nice job. It's especially good at creating a lot of cities which you can use to fill out your fictional worlds even though you may not use them as actual cities with baseball teams.

One of the things I'm noticing is that most of the names sound like they come from a "Western" movie and it's hard to find ones that sound modern. Just something to keep in mind.
