IBA To Recieve Financial Backing
The Infinity Boxing Association has entered into an agreement with Frump Enterprises today. Donald Frump, the real estate magnate has decided to make an attempt at reforming boxing, and has decided that the IBA is the best organization for the job.
"The Donald" as he's known, along with John "Infinity" Fehner released the following goals for the organization:
The key to turning boxing around and bringing it back to the main stream is the fighters themselves.
All boxers deserve full medical insurance, retirement benefits, financial coaching, reasonable pay at ALL levels of the sport, and an unbiased ratings system.
A good sports organization needs a marketing plan, and personalities to sell the product. To this end, A known marketing specialist shall be hired, with the announcement to be made soon.
All promoters involved with the IBA will be individuals that put the health and well being of the fighters, and the needs of the sport ahead of their greed. Negotiations are currently in the works at the time of this announcement, and will be made public as they are completed.
The ratings system for the IBA will be based on a computer model so that there cannot be any gerimandering, and will be overseen by Bert Sugarbeet, the well known boxing magazine Czar who's ratings in his publications have long been seen as the true ratings my most of the boxing fans.
- The IBA is an evolving organization that will listen to all suggestions from all walks of life, from the boxers, to the promoters, to the officials, AND the general public. By allowing the public a voice, we hope that it will increase the public's interest in our sport.
