I would really like to see college leagues. This would eliminate the contracts that have been questioned before!
Seriously, I have played around with using college teams, but it doesn't work in that 35 year old college players just doesn't cut it. But, I still use them just to see the uniform kits. Having a real college/school or academy system would be great.
