I purchased the game and have been playing for awhile (in my 3rd season) and today when I opened the game it doesn't show I have an active license. I can see the button for continuing my last played game but it's darkened out. When I click on the enter license button and put my serial number in I get an Activation Error message that says "eWeb_ActivateSerialNumber returned 0xE0A00001 (ACTIVATION_UNEXPECTED_FAILURE).

Any help on how to fix this?
