When having multiple versions of a player, it could be interesting to select years where he is wearing different uniforms. For example, all Ozzie Smith cards in PT20 are St. Louis Cards years, so for PT21 you could switch one of them for a Padres card. I know you've done it for some guys already (Mays, Hornsby).

I think it might be useful for team collections and for players using team themes, even if they end up being iron or bronze cards because it was not a good year for them, it would diversify the cards in those categories for tournaments especially. I wouldn't mind playing a 69 Ty Cobb playing for the Philadelphia Athletics at 40 years old (after all, it's still Ty Cobb!). In fact, as a F2P it's probably my only way of playing Cobb.

Ozzie as a Padre, Pete as a Phillie, Ty as an Athletic, you know the players much more than I do. I hope you find this proposal interesting.
