I agree, the player has had a crap year and you cut his demands by 30% and je then counters with 100K off his 18M a year for 6 years. At that point I leave , This happens with players that have less than high greed also.
The current year stats should have some bearing on the matter. In RL upcoming FAs know if they have a good year it will boost what they can get.
Not sure how hard it is too add a bit more logic to the AI for this but it is needed.
