The interface (general flow of the game feel) starts lighting fast and with time the interface starts acting more and more sluggish so I eventually just exit the game and reload the file (rinse and repeat every 30m-1hr)
I'm running the game in windowed mode. I'm currently playing retro mode so barely any leagues ,etc. Plus, I don't think it's related to the leagues and such. Nor is related tot the AV. I'm running w10, no addtional AV software.
Feels like a cache file or whatever is being overloaded and needs dumping from time to time.
