Yes yes yes!!! Because it`s unfair, that AI trades anyone to any team, don`t care about NTC, and human player can trade limited list of players (because many of players in nhl have nmc or ntc).
About what to do. For example, (i don`t know if it`s possible), you can do list of 10 teams where players don`t want to move (like Arizona, losers, no offence). And in other teams it`s no problem to move. I think so.
