George LaBlanche (7-7) won on 6-20-03 with a TKO3 over WW Matty Matthews to even his record and move out of the club ranks. LaBlanche fell to 1-6 and into the club ranks on 1-26-02.

He made quick work of the club ranks with his lone set back being a DQ in the 10th round against Johnny McGlade.

"I hung in there with some tough fighters early in my career but didn't get the decisions (losses include Dempsey, Fitzsimmons, Burke, and McCarthy). I definetely feel I belong here in the upper class," LaBlanche replied.
