I am brand new to online leagues so the real thing worrying me from the start is how do people handle when they aren't available to run their team. For instance, I have a 2 week vacation in July where I won't have the ability to manage my team. Also, my job gets very hectic throughout November and December if our team makes the FCS playoffs.
