I have the same issue in my online league. I have every single report on the per-report level checked, but not all of the leaderboard pages are created, check any of the pitching leaderboards and you get this message 'Report 'league_100_leaderboard_season_0_201' (type 'h') not found in database' - History Leaderboards

Yet all of the batting leaderboards (including the positional leaderboards) are generated and uploaded.
