Correct me if I am wrong, but if you set the age limits for rosters in any league, teams would only be able to sign players that fit those requirements.? For instance, roster age limit of 18 to 22, teams would only be able to sign players that fit those requirements?
If so, would it be possible to run high school leagues alongside college leagues and have them all feed into the draft, and then any undrafted high school players can be signed to college teams?
Also, putting restrictions on JuCo players and such. Example, a player from California would not go to a Junior College in Florida.
