Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to accept it. AI in this game seems a little wack.
For example, I offered a 2nd round, 3rd round and Pius Suter to the Canes for Ward, which they refused, saying never bring a deal like that to them again.
But Arizona turns around and accepts almost the same deal for Connor McDavid?
