Same for me!!!
Use latest version of iPhone Explorer 2.1.2.2.
Before I it worked fine the last time I used it, but now the same error as described by DaMadd.

I think it could have something to do with the latest iTunes update!?!?!?!?

@DaMadd: Do you use the latest version of iTunes too?
