6 games against all 15 interdivision opponents would be 90 games instead of 60, which would push the overall total to 162.
So 162 is fine if you want that.
If it is the 132 you want and maintaining the 18 per division opponent... It could be 3 or 6 games against the other 15 team in a way to add to 60 - e.g., 6 against the 5 in one division and 3 against the 5 in the other two divisions. In that case there could be variations made to cycle through which division is played more from year-to-year.
The five teams per division can be a bit tricky (odd numbers in schedules make things tougher to balance). But if you can clarify what you want, I think it should be doable.
Speaking of what you want, a few other details... All-Star Game? When would you want the season to begin - about start of April like MLB? Or maybe later if it is 132 games.
