Down 5-2, Des Moines smacked a pair of seventh inning two-run pinch-hit homers to pave the way for a 7-5 win over St. Louis at LaBlatt Stadium.
The loss ended a six-game win streak for the River Walkers.
Pinch-hitter Austin Meadows supplied the first big blow of the seventh inning outburst, with a two-run home run off John Curtiss.
The second came off the bat of Brian Mundell, this one off Jake Diekman.
The Harvesters added an insurance run in the eighth, Reese McGuire with an RBI single off Daniel Hudson.
One of five relievers who took the mound for Des Moines, Max Fried earned his first win of the season after striking out the side in the top of the seventh.
Jandel Gustave pitched an uneventful ninth for his fourth save.
Des Moines starter Zach Wheeler allowed two runs in 4.1 innings.
Walkers starter Danny Duffy lasted six innings, also giving up a pair of runs.
