I'm trying to get a response over on the Perfect Team boards to see if there's some way to force compatibility with the naming convention you used. Otherwise, like I said, I'll look into biting the bullet and making a companion download for perfect team compatibility. There's only a bit over 3000 cards, and that includes both duplicate players, and a bunch of lower end guys that I might not include because they don't get used.
