Our league features the following:
-Tradable picks.
-Non-fictional teams.
-Real baseball budgets.
-Stats Lab
We sim every Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Each sim is 15-16 days during the MLB regular season, and up to 2 months in the offseason.
Players ratings are 1-100 while Overall/Potential is 20-80.
No scouting allowed.
No coaches allowed.

We are also using Slack chat to communicate with GMs. Although we do also use a forum, Slack chat system is the primary method of communication.

Note:
We currently hold a cut-a-contract rule, in which any new GM is allow to pick a contract that was previously on the payroll and cut it. This rule was made to allow new GM’s to have some financial flexibility.
