Pitching Notes

Juan Leyva does not have a win in the month of July yet. He is 0-2 despite the fact that his ERA has dropped from 1.95 at the beginning of July to 1.93 currently. June 30th was his last win. He is 12-5 on the season.
Patterson paid immediate dividends, getting 3 saves in his first week with the team.
Hal Holmes came off of the disabled list and was slotted back into the bullpen.
Harry Schubert also came off of the disabled list and began a rehab stint at AAA Porterville. He is returning from a herniated disc in his back.
