I just purchased OOTP 18 yesterday and have been trying to acquire the historic facepack or all in one pack since then. I have attempted everything from Steam workshop,
http://www.ootphub.com, and searching these forums for files. I was able to download the historic facepack "tgz" file from
http://www.ootphub.com, but when I went to extract it with Winrar I received a "corrupted archive" message so I was unable to extract the photos. I am all out of idea's, so if anyone could come up with a solution it would be appreciated!
There is a historic facegen pack on Steam Workshop, but it only contains 3 MB's of data, so it is incomplete.
